Microwave Potatoes
Microwave Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. margarine, 1 tbsp. caraway or sesame seed (optional), 1 1/2 lb. small red potatoes, 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar and parsley flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place margarine in a 2-quart casserole.
Microwave on High until melted.
Stir in seeds.
Scrub potatoes, but do not peel. Cut into quarters and toss in margarine mixture.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High 10 to 12 minutes (less potatoes less time), stirring midway through.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with vinegar and parsley.
Salt and pepper to taste.
