Microwave Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. diced potatoes, salt and pepper to taste and 1 stick margarine, cut into pats, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Put potatoes in casserole dish.
Add salt, pepper and pats of margarine on top.
Cover and microwave on High until potatoes are done.
Stir occasionally.
