Mexican Roll-Ups
Mexican Roll-Ups is an moderately easy Mexican baked good you can prepare in about 1 hour 8 minutes. Blend sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients (except for tortillas) and mix well.
If tortillas are not flexible enough to roll easily, wrap in foil and warm in a 350° oven for 5 minutes.
Spread cheese mixture on tortillas. Roll up and place seam side down in a glass dish.
Chill for several hours until firm.
Slice into 1/2-inch sections and serve.
