Mexican Fudge
Mexican Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, 1/2 lb. monterey jack, 3 eggs, well beaten and 3/4 c. picante sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grate cheeses together.
Mix eggs and picante sauce together. Put 1/2 of cheeses in bottom of Pyrex dish (oblong).
Put the egg and picante mixture on top of cheese.
Cover with the remaining cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Cut in squares and place each piece on Doritos or tortilla chips.
