Mexican Chicken
Mexican Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 chicken breasts, 3/4 lb. velveeta cheese, 1 small onion, 1 can ro-tel tomatoes and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook chicken breasts and shred in 9 x 12-inch Pyrex baking dish.
Chop onion over chicken.
Cube Velveeta cheese and add to that.
Next, crush 1/2 the Doritos and sprinkle over dish.
