Mexican Chicken
Mexican Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 2 or 3 c. cooked chicken, tortilla chips, cheddar cheese, 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can ro-tel tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix cut up chicken, mushroom soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes together.
Cover bottom of casserole dish with crushed chips and layer alternately with chicken mixture.
