Meat And Cheese Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground meat, 1 lb. mild or hot sausage, 2 lb. block velveeta cheese, 1 small bottle tabasco sauce and 2 cans ro-tel diced tomatoes and chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook ground meat and drain well.
Cook sausage and drain well. Do not cook meat and sausage together.
Slowly melt cheese.
Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and Tabasco sauce to melted cheese and blend well. Stir in meat and sausage.
