Marinated Beef Slices
Marinated Beef Slices is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean beef sirloin, sliced very thin, 1/2 c. lemon juice, 1 c. thinly sliced mushrooms, 1/2 c. chopped green onions and 2 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Marinate beef in lemon juice for 10 minutes.
While meat is marinating, heat oil in large skillet; add fresh mushrooms, onions and green pepper.
Cook until tender.
Remove vegetables from skillet and keep warm.
Drain meat, reserving lemon juice marinade.
Place meat slices in skillet and brown.
Return vegetables to skillet.
Add reserved lemon juice and pepper.
Serve over rice.
