Low-Fat Burritos
Low-Fat Burritos is an impressive Mexican healthy dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 2 minutes. Made with c. boneless chicken breasts, cubed, c. sour cream, c. low-fat or fat-free mayo, c. low-fat or fat-free cheddar cheese, shredded and c. mozzarella cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook chicken in a skillet until done.
Mix mayo, sour cream, cumin, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir and add chicken; mix.
Add shredded cheeses and mix.
Place 2 spoonfuls on a tortilla shell. Roll up and place in baking dish. Spoon salsa over and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
