Key Lime Pie
Key Lime Pie is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 8 minutes. Made with (8 or 9-inch) baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust, egg yolks, (14 oz.) can eagle brand milk (not evaporated), c. realime juice from concentrate and yellow food color (if desired), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 325Β°.
In large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with Eagle Brand, ReaLime and food coloring (if desired).
Pour into prepared pastry shell.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Cool; chill. Top with whipped cream.
Garnish as desired.
