Karmel-Nut Korn
Karmel-Nut Korn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 c. popcorn, 3 c. pecans, 1 c. packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. butter and 1/4 c. light corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Divide popcorn and nuts between 2 ungreased rectangular pans (13 x 9 x 2-inches).
Cook brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until bubbly around edges.
Continue cooking 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in baking soda until foamy.
Pour over popcorn and nuts, stirring until popcorn is well coated.
Bake uncovered in 200Β° oven, stirring every 15 minutes for 1 hour.
Yields 15 servings.
