Kahlua Mousse
Kahlua Mousse is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 36 minutes. Made with envelope gelatin, c. sugar, . salt, c. milk and (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces (1 c.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix gelatin, sugar and salt in 2 1/2-quart saucepan.
Stir in milk and chocolate pieces.
Place over medium heat and stir constantly until gelatin is dissolved and chocolate is melted. Remove from heat; beat with rotary beater until chocolate is blended.
Stir in Kahlua and vanilla.
Chill, stirring occasionally until mixture mounds slightly.
Fold in whipped cream.
Turn into a 4-cup mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold.
Garnish with chocolate curls.
