Jiffy Fudge
Jiffy Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows or 10 oz. marshmallow cream, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1/4 c. butter and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Bring to full boil on medium heat, marshmallows, sugar, milk, butter and salt, stirring constantly.
While boiling, add chocolate chips until melted.
Add nuts, then vanilla.
Pour into square pan, buttered.
Chill until firm.
Makes 2 1/2 pounds.
