Jam Cake

Mix cocoa, sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Cream in butter; add beaten egg yolks, milk, flour and soda.
Add nuts, jam and raisins that have been soaked in hot water and finally fold in beaten egg whites. Pour in a greased and floured tube pan and bake for hour or until tester comes out clean when inserted. Bake at 350Β°.
