Italian Biscotti
Italian Biscotti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 1 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 2 tsp. anise or vanilla and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream sugar with butter in mixer.
Add eggs and flavoring. Sift flour, salt and baking powder.
Fold dry ingredients into other mixture.
Shape into a flat loaf on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
Take out and cut into slices.
Put back into oven and brown 10 minutes.
