Hot Crab Puffs
Hot Crab Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. soft butter, 1 (5 oz.) jar softened kraft old english spread, 1 tbsp. mayonnaise, pinch of garlic powder and 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Blend butter, cheese and mayonnaise.
Add garlic, salt, dill and crab.
Mix well.
Split muffins into 12 halves.
Spread mixture evenly on halves.
Cut each half into 6 triangles.
May put on baking sheet and freeze at this point and then put into a plastic bag to use on another day.
Broil until puffed and golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Serve.
Can garnish with small shrimp and sprinkle with dill, if desired.
This is a favorite of everyone I have ever served it to.
