Hot Clam Dip
Hot Clam Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium onion, 1 medium green pepper, 1 clove garlic, 3 (6 oz.) cans minced clams and 1/4 lb. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mince green pepper, onion and garlic.
Melt butter or margarine in skillet.
Add minced mixture to butter or margarine and cook 15 minutes, stirring, remove from heat.
Add lemon juice. Add clams (liquid of only 2 cans).
Add bread crumbs slowly and mix.
Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 15 minutes at 350Β°.
Serve warm with your favorite crackers.
