Holiday Potatoes
Holiday Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. unpared potatoes, cooked and drained, 1 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. butter, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup and 1 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Grease 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
Remove skins from potatoes; shred into bowl.
Saute onion in 1/4 cup of butter.
Shred cheese and mix with potatoes.
Stir in soup, sour cream and onion with butter.
Mix well and pour into baking dish.
Refrigerate overnight.
Sprinkle with cornflakes and drizzle with 3 tablespoons butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
