Shape all into loaf.
Place in buttered loaf pan.
Pour 1 cup vegetable stock (1 cup McKays broth, 1 teaspoon McKays, plus 1 cup water) over roast.
Lay 2 bay leaves on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
