Garlic Grits
Garlic Grits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. boiling water, 1 c. grits, salt to taste, 1 stick margarine and 1 stick garlic cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine water, grits and salt.
Cook until grits are done.
Add margarine and stir until melted.
Add garlic cheese and stir until melted.
Beat 2 eggs in a 1-cup measuring cup and add milk to fill that cup.
Add to the grits mixture.
Pour into a buttered casserole and cover with crumbled cornflakes.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Should serve 12.
