Fudge
Fudge is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 2 minutes. Made with c. sugar, c. margarine, c. evaporated milk, (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips and (7 oz.) marshmallow cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Place sugar, margarine and milk in medium size heavy pan.
With heat set on medium, stir constantly with wooden spoon until temperature reaches 234Β° or to soft ball stage.
Remove from heat and add chips first; stir.
Then add cream, vanilla and nuts.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
