Fruited Rice with Cinnamon
Fruited Rice With Cinnamon is an moderately easy dinner. In a 1-quart casserole, heat margarine on high 30 seconds. Add almonds and onions and microwave on High for 1 minute, stirring once until onions are tender.
Add broth, apricots and raisins and microwave on High 2 minutes until rice is heated through.
Add cinnamon, salt and pepper.
Serves 4.
