Mix margarine, 3 cups flour, vanilla, water, sugar, eggs and lemon extract to make batter.
Dredge fruit, nuts, raisins and coconut in 1 cup flour.
Add to batter mix.
Put into Bundt pan. Put pan of water in oven on shelf under cake.
Cook 1 hour at 325Β°, then remove water from oven.
Continue to cook cake until knife comes out clean.
