Five Minute Fudge
Five Minute Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2/3 c. undiluted evaporated milk, 1 2/3 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 c. (4 oz.) miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine butter, milk, sugar and salt in saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil.
Cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly. (Start timing when mixture starts to "bubble" around edge of pan.) Remove from heat.
Stir in marshmallows, chocolate, vanilla and nuts.
Stir vigorously for 1 minute (until marshmallows melt and blend).
Pour into 8-inch square buttered pan.
Cool; cut into squares.
