Fantasy Fudge
Fantasy Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. margarine, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces and 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow crème, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine sugar, margarine and evaporated milk in a heavy 2 1/2-quart saucepan; bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes over medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 238°, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
Remove from heat, stir in chocolate pieces until melted.
Add Marshmallow Crème, nuts and vanilla; beat until blended.
