Escalloped Chicken
Escalloped Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken or turkey legs, 6 c. fresh bread cubes, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 1/4 c. onion, chopped and 3/4 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Roast chicken or turkey.
Cool and remove from the bone. Arrange the meat in the bottom of a cake pan.
Saute onion in butter.
Mix the bread cubes and sauteed onion with seasoning. Make gravy from stock of roasted turkey and pour over the turkey. Place bread cubes on top.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
