Easy Tuna Quiche
Easy Tuna Quiche is an impressive breakfast dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 18 minutes. Made with baked 9-inch pie shell, (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained, c. grated cheddar cheese, c. evaporated milk and c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Preheat oven to 450°.
Spread tuna over bottom of pie shell. Sprinkle cheese and onion over tuna.
Top with sliced mushrooms. Beat together eggs, milk, lemon juice and seasonings; pour over tuna mixture.
Bake on a cookie sheet for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350°; bake an additional 12 to 15 minutes or until center is set.
Crab or shrimp may be substituted for tuna.
Serves 6.
