Easy Omelet for Four

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Break eggs in mixing bowl; beat until blended.
Add milk to taste.
Melt butter in Pyrex pan or similar pan; coat sides.
Add omelet ingredients into egg mixture (can add any ingredients you like).
Pour omelet mixture into Pyrex pan. Grate cheese, enough to cover pan.
Do not add to omelet.
Bake omelet (without cheese) for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven. Sprinkle with cheese and bake another 5 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes.
Flip omelet into half shell.
Slice and serve.
