Easy Chicken-Plus
Easy Chicken-Plus is an moderately easy quick meal you can prepare in just 44 minutes. Made with to 8 pieces chicken, skinned, boiled, drained, chopped in bite-size pieces, cream soup (celery, mushroom or broccoli cheese), onion, sauteed (optional), c. cooked rice or 2 c. pasta (your favorite kind; i use tri-colored spirals) and c. reserved chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Pasta or rice can be boiled or cooked in chicken broth.
Mix all ingredients, add enough chicken broth to moisten to desired consistency.
Add seasonings for your family's taste.
(I use Cavender's Greek Seasoning and/or garlic salt.)
