Cream oleo, oil, powdered sugar and white sugar together.
Add vanilla and eggs.
Sift flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar together and add to first mixture.
Mix well to form dough.
Roll dough by teaspoon to form a ball.
Roll in sugar (sometimes I add cinnamon to sugar).
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Press down with a small glass.
Bake about 12 minutes at 350Β°.
Makes 8 dozen.
