Work all but last two ingredients together and make into balls (for Easter I make mine the shape of Easter eggs). Melt chocolate chips and 1/2 block paraffin in double boiler. Dip candy, using toothpick, ice pick or two tine fork.
Drain and put on wax paper.
I find it works better to make my candy at night and dip it in the morning.
