Deviled Eggs

Peel shell from eggs
Cut eggs in half, lengthwise
Remove egg yolks
Place in small bowl
Lay egg whites on plate and put aside
Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper to yolks
Blend well until slightly smooth texture
If too thick, you can add a little extra mayonnaise and/or mustard to taste
Replace egg yolk mixture to holes in egg whites with spoon or cake decorating bag with large star tip
Lightly sprinkle tops with paprika
Cover and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
