Crock-Pot Corn Chowder
Crock-Pot Corn Chowder is an moderately easy slow-cooker meal. Made with 2 cans cream of potato soup, 2 cans corn (1 undrained), 2 soup cans milk, 1 small jar pimentos and 1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Saute onion and green pepper in butter.
Blend all ingredients in crock-pot on high for 1 hour and on low for 2 to 3 hours.
(I use 1 can of potato soup and cook about 5 cubed potatoes and add instead of second can of soup.)
