Crock-Pot Chicken
Crock-Pot Chicken is an moderately easy slow-cooker meal you can prepare in about 1 hour 6 minutes. Made with chicken breasts, mushroom soup, c. sour cream, paprika and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Remove skin from chicken; rinse.
Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper.
Place chicken in a crock-pot.
Stir together soup and sour cream; spoon over chicken.
Cook on low 8 to 9 hours.
The "natural" gravy is delicious spooned over rice.
(May be cooked on high for half the time, but don't add the sour cream until the last 30 minutes.)
