Corn Pie
Corn Pie is an impressive dessert you can prepare in about 2 hours 22 minutes. Made with c. butter, c. sugar, eggs, c. flour and c. yellow cornmeal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
👨🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, mix well. Add chilies. Sift flour and measure. Mix together with cornmeal, baking powder and salt. Add to corn mixture and blend well.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch glass pan. Put oven and turn down to 300°.
Bake 1 hour.
(May be made ahead and heated.)
