Company Olives
Company Olives is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9 oz.) jar pimento olives, 2 cloves garlic, 4 dried red chili peppers, 1 1/2 tbsp. wine vinegar and 1 tsp. dried dill weed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain liquid from jar of olives into saucepan.
Add garlic and pepper; simmer 5 minutes.
Add vinegar, dill and red pepper flakes.
Pour over olives (still in jar) and shake well.
Let stand in sealed jar in refrigerator at least 4 days.
The longer, the better.
