Cinderella Crisps
Cinderella Crisps is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 2 minutes. Made with white bread, (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (eagle brand) and c. baker's angel flake coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Trim crusts off bread and cut in 4 strips for 24 crisps or cut in half for 48 crisps.
Using 2 forks, roll bread in Eagle Brand, coating all sides.
Then roll in coconut.
Place on well-greased baking sheet.
Bake at 375Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove at once from baking sheet.
Makes 24 to 48 crisps.
