Chocolate Covered Cherries
Chocolate Covered Cherries is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can eagle brand milk, 1 stick margarine, melted, 2 (1 lb.) boxes powdered sugar, 2 c. chopped pecans and 1 (8 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, chopped and drained well, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Stir well.
Let stand freezer hours (overnight is preferable).
Make into small balls and place on wax paper.
Put back in freezer and freeze for about 1 hour. Melt 12 ounce chocolate chips with 3/4 of one bar of paraffin. Dip balls by toothpick into chocolate mixture and place on wax paper.
Keep in freezer until set good.
