Chili
Chili is an impressive soup you can prepare in about 1 hour 20 minutes. Made with . lean beef, c. olive oil, qt. water, . chili powder and . salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
When olive oil is hot in a 6-quart pot, add the meat and sear until it is grey.
Add one quart water, cover and cook at simmer 1 1/2 hours.

Next, add the flour and meal mixed with one cup water.
Cook 5 minutes more to see if more water is needed for the right consistency.
If there is too much fat, skim off before adding the flour and meal.
