Cheesy Lasagna
Cheesy Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. ricotta cheese, 1 c. mozzarella cheese, divided, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 c. grated romano cheese and 2 eggs, lightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine in large bowl Ricotta, Parmesan, Romano and 1/2 Mozzarella cheese.
Add eggs and parsley. Soak noodles in cold water for 10 minutes.
In pan, spread 1/2 cup sauce, then place 3 noodles on top.
Spread 1/3 Ricotta filling over noodles.
Pour 1 cup sauce over cheese filling. Repeat layers, ending with sauce.
