Cheese Wafers
Cheese Wafers is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper and 1 1/2 c. sifted flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cream together at high speed in your mixer the cheese, butter, salt and pepper.
When smooth and creamy, gradually add 1 1/2 cups flour.
When it gets too thick for the mixer blades, continue kneading by hand until you can form the mixture into a roll about 1-inch in diameter. Wrap the roll in plastic wrap or wax paper and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Slice into thin layers and bake at 350Β° for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
You can freeze before or after baking.
