Butterscotch Delight
Butterscotch Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. plain flour, 1/2 c. pecans, chopped, 1 stick butter, melted, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese and 1 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine flour, pecans and butter.
Press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375Β° and cool.
(Will turn slightly white.) Cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Fold in 1 small carton of Cool Whip with ingredients.
Make butterscotch (add milk).
Spread cream cheese mixture over crust.
Add butterscotch mixture next.
Then top with large carton of Cool Whip.
Finish with chopped pecans. Refrigerate.
