Broccoli Soup
Broccoli Soup is an moderately easy soup you can prepare in about 1 hour 10 minutes. Made with . fresh broccoli, chopped, . or 2 packets chicken bouillon, c. water, c. milk and . velveeta cheese, cubed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In Dutch oven heat water and bouillon until dissolved.
Add broccoli; cover and cook until broccoli is tender.
Add milk, cheese and dash of pepper.
Cook and stir until cheese is melted. Combine 1/4 cup flour with 1/2 cup cold water.
Stir into broccoli mixture.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Serves 4 to 6.
