Breakfast Pizza
Breakfast Pizza is an moderately easy breakfast dish you can prepare in just 58 minutes. Made with . pork sausage, (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls, c. frozen loose pack hash brown potatoes, thawed, c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese and eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook sausage in a medium skillet until browned; drain and set aside.
Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles; place triangles with elongated points toward center in a greased 12-inch pizza pan. Press bottom and sides to form a crust, seal perforations; sprinkle with hash brown potatoes, Cheddar cheese and sausage.
Bake at 375Β° for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh oregano if desired.
