Banana Split Cake
Banana Split Cake is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 16 minutes. Made with c. graham cracker crumbs, c. sugar, oleo plus 1/4 stick, egg whites, beaten and c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 stick oleo. Place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.
Blend well 1/4 stick oleo, egg whites and powdered sugar.
Pour over crust.
Place bananas, sliced lengthwise, over egg white mixture.
Next add crushed pineapple, then Cool Whip on top.
Garnish with pecans and cherries.
Refrigerate.
