Baked Popcorn
Baked Popcorn is an moderately easy snack you can prepare in about 1 hour 14 minutes. Made with popped popcorn, butter or oleo, c. brown sugar, c. white or dark karo syrup and of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Fill 1 large roasting pan full of popped corn, free of unpopped kernels.
Combine remaining ingredients in pot.
Heat until it almost comes to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Add 1/4 teaspoon soda and mix well.
Pour over popcorn and mix well.
Bake at 200Β° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Store in airtight container.
