Aunt Chris' Fudge
Aunt Chris' Fudge is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 24 minutes. Made with c. sugar, c. margarine, c. evaporated milk, (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces and (7 oz.) jar marshmallow crème, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine sugar, margarine and milk in a heavy 2 1/2-quart saucepan
Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly
Boil 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching
Remove from heat; stir in chocolate until melted
Add Marshmallow Crème and nuts
Mix until well blended
Pour into 8 x 8 foil pans lined with wax paper and let set to cool
Will take 2 pans
After cooled, cut into squares.
