Asparagus Soup
Asparagus Soup is an moderately easy soup you can prepare in just 56 minutes. Made with pt. half and half, pack frozen asparagus, salt and pepper to taste and parsley and paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cut off top 1-inch of frozen asparagus and reserve.
Chop up remaining asparagus stalks and place in blender.
Add pint of half and half and blend on high for 1 minute.
Put in saucepan, add tips of asparagus and bring to scald.
Do not boil.
Serve immediately with sprig of parsley and pinch of paprika.
