Apricot Mousse
Apricot Mousse is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 8 minutes. Made with large pkg. apricot jell-o, (no. 2) can crushed pineapple (do not drain), c. sugar, small jars apricot baby food and (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix Jell-O, pineapple and sugar and cook for about 5 minutes. Add cream cheese.
Cook until cheese is melted.
Add baby food and cool.
Then whip the milk and combine.
Pour into a 9 x 12-inch Pyrex dish, greased with oleo.
Refrigerate.
When ready to serve, cut into squares and place on a lettuce leaf.
