Apple Dumplings

Peel and quarter large apples (if small, use 1/2).
Roll out biscuits thin and cut halves (20 halves).
Take 1/2 biscuit and wrap around each apple quarter.
Place on greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
Melt sticks butter and pour over dumplings. Mix together water, sugar, cinnamon and apple pie spice.
Pour over dumplings. Bake

One can biscuits equal 20 dumplings.
May halve recipe.
